I. Placing an order:<\/strong><\/p>

Before placing an order through the online shop, please decide who will deliver the goods – us or VENIPAK (this is much more expensive because of the packaging, insulation materials, etc., and the cost of courier services).Once you have placed your order in the online shop, you will receive a VAT invoice which will be paid for according to the rates of VENIPAK and you can not change it.<\/strong><\/p>

  • You can order the goods: by e-mail info@ledana.lt<\/strong>, in our e-shop or by calling the contact phone number(+37065923145) from 08:00 to 16:30.When ordering, you must specify your name, surname, address and telephone number.<\/li>
  • Goods are delivered throughout Lithuania (except Nida)-VENIPAK<\/strong>, to the places specified in the section“Routes”<\/strong> – and UAB Ledana<\/li>
  • VENIPAK<\/strong> parcels are delivered on Tuesdays and Thursdays, collected on Wednesdays and Fridays<\/li>
  • We guarantee delivery if you place your order before 15:00 on the working day before the day of arrival (If transported by UAB Ledana)<\/li>
  • The buyer is informed of the delivery by phone 10-15 minutes before the delivery.<\/li>
  • If you need a purchase document (to justify the costs, or to pay by bank transfer), please specify in the order that you need a VAT invoice<\/li>
  • If the buyer does not answer the call, the courier goes to the next buyer and does not come back.Refusal to accept the goods or non-collection-20 Eur.fee<\/li>
  • The time allocated for customer service is 5 minutes.Courier downtime after this time limit while waiting for the customer-0,3 Eur\/min<\/li><\/ul>

    II. Deliverable quantities, prices and deadlines<\/strong><\/p>

    • In Lithuania, delivery is made to the address you specify: the front door of your house (apartment block, office) or the fence gate of your property.<\/li>
    • Delivery is subject to a charge, depending on the location on the routes:<\/li>
    • when transported by UAB LEDANA<\/strong>, is :Kaunas, Jonava, Prienai-3 Eur, in other cities and places on the specified routes-5 Eur.per parcel<\/li>
    • To other areas of Lithuania, more than 1 km away from the streets specified in the routes and not included in the area serviced by UAB Ledana, as well as parcels smaller than 10 kg (weight with packaging), they are delivered by VENIPAK <\/strong>according to the rates specified below, regardless of the location of the Lithuanian territory, except Nida<\/li>
